Through zero360, I was involved in a research project for a large Swedish fashion group that wanted to find out if their business idea had market relevance, if the existing UX satisfies user needs, and what improvements could be made to the service itself. My task was to design the questionnaire, conduct the interviews and then write and design a 40-page report on it.
